Tom and Kate Cadbury have worked in the Poole and Bournemouth area in both private practice and within the National Health Service for over 20 years so you can trust that they and their team will provide you with the appropriate management to get you back to living life to the fullest. You can expect an expert and thorough assessment to establish a clear diagnosis. Our hands on approach and expertise in clinical rehabilitation will ensure effective individualised treatment.
All of our patients are able to access the West Hants Gym for one month for free to help with their recovery and rehabilitation (please contact us regarding this)
We have extensive knowledge of the local health care system and also have a positive working relationship with local medical practitioners; GPs and Consultants. This allows our team to stay continually up to date with changing practice but also have extensive knowledge of how to access further medical input if required.
On your first visit to us for Physiotherapy we like to spend time getting to know you and gaining a full understanding of the history of your condition. This will ensure an accurate diagnosis and allow us to work together to establish a positive treatment plan to get you better.

Paediatric physiotherapy
Our specialist paediatric physiotherapists at Cadbury Physiotherapy are able to support all ages from babies through to adolescents. They have expert knowledge and skills in treating musculoskeletal and sports injuries, neurological and developmental conditions, sport screening and strength and conditioning.

Sports Massage
At Cadbury Physiotherapy our Sports Massage Therapists, who are also either Physiotherapists or Strength and Conditioning Coaches have a strong understanding of injuries and the best way to treat them. Our therapists use techniques such as trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage and myofascial release to allow you achieve the best results.

Pilates
Kate has established a highly successful and sought after Pilates service for a range of different clients. Kate and her team of Chartered Physiotherapists and advanced APPI Pilates Instructors teach face to face classes in Canford Cliffs and Poole. Classes are small and are tailored to your need to allow you to get maximum benefit from each class. Kate also runs Cadbury Pilates Online Classes which run live throughout the week or can be done in your own time through the on demand library.

Women’s Health Physiotherapy and Mummy MOT
We provide specialist women’s health physiotherapy in both our Poole and Bournemouth clinics. Our physiotherapists have expert knowledge to help you with pelvic floor dysfunctions, incontinence, sexual dysfunction, pelvic girdle pain, abdominal pain, c-section scars and abdominal release, prolapse, post hysterectomy rehabilitation, pregnancy related pain, post natal recovery (including our Mummy MOT Assessment and Treatment), peri/menopausal musculoskeletal symptoms. Acupuncture/Dry Needling
We offer acupuncture and dry needling using a combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine concepts. Carried out by our Chartered Physiotherapists we can ensure the most appropriate and effective treatment plan to help you with your aches and pains, muscle tension, migraines. neural pain.

STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING
We have highly qualified strength and conditioning rehab coaches who will work with you to develop a strength and conditioning programme to suit you, your body and your needs. All of our coaches work closely with our physiotherapists and have an in depth knowledge of anatmoy, physiology and injury management
