You can expect an expert and thorough assessment to establish a clear diagnosis. Our hands on approach and expertise in clinical rehabilitation will ensure effective individualised treatment.
We have extensive knowledge of the local health care system and also have a positive working relationship with local medical practitioners; GPs and Consultants. This allows our team to stay continually up to date with changing practice but also have extensive knowledge of how to access further medical input if required.
On your first visit to us for Physiotherapy we like to spend time getting to know you and gaining a full understanding of the history of your condition. This will ensure an accurate diagnosis and allow us to work together to establish a positive treatment plan to get you better.
£45 per session. Your first session will be up to 45 minutes to allow time for a thorough assessment and treatment. Subsequent sessions will be 30 minutes unless requested otherwise.
Neurophysiotherapy helps to maximise function after damage to the brain or spinal cord due to a stroke, acquired brain injury or long-term neurological conditions, such as MS or Parkinson’s disease. Treatment can include balance training, gait re-education and improving hand/arm function, as well as the management of associated problems such as spasticity.

Sports massage uses techniques such as trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage and myofascial release. Our sports massage therapist is a Physiotherapist and has a strong understanding of sporting injuries and the best way to treat them.

Kate has established a highly successful and sought after Pilates service for a range of different clients. Kate and her team of Chartered Physiotherapists, are advanced APPI Pilates Instructors now teach Pilates to over 160 people a week at the Pure Chill Studio just down the road from the clinic. Classes are small and being taught by Physiotherapists, ensures a tailored programme of exercise to your need to allow you to get maximum benefit from each class.
